UnRAR Expander - Zip, Rar Extractor App Reviews

Shows a banner add on launch. Doesn’t seem to unrar any files.

Rar files were extracted easily. Not very difficult to use.

Utilities are supposed to help with work flow… not be a pain in the butt. 1) Will not allow selection of a default destination folder. 2) Forces selection of unarchive folder EVERY SINGLE TIME… 3) Immediately throws up an ad after every process. One star for actually unarchiving one file at a time. Useless for batch processing of archives. If you need an app for batches. Do like I am doing and look elsewhere. When an app is supposed to do ONE thing and ONE thing only… I kinda expect it will do that ONE thing right… This one doesn’t it is a honey trap. Nothing more.

It couldn’t unpack a simple 7-zip file without corrupting it…. or even piece together rar files….. I decided it was time for this application to go. The Popups are highly annoying and has been block by my antivirus… which may have caused some kind malfuction with the program… A better alternative is Unrar Unarchiver it looks like a .rar file.
